A - The CourseWizard allows you to blend all forms of media (text, image, movies and sound) into your courseware.

| Q - How do I load content into Learners' Track? |
A - Courses are created with an easy-to-use interface, known as CourseWizard, which is intuitive enough for novice users and robust enough for instructional design professionals. The CourseWizard works with your computer and uses tools with which most business people are familiar. A template built around Microsoft Word allows you to merge your existing courseware into a format that can be uploaded (with a simple push of a button) to our servers for delivery to your learners.

A - The CourseWizard allows you to not only update your course content anytime but also to version it so that course material currently being viewed by learners is protected from changes. Versioning also gives you the ability to roll back to prior course material.

A - The Learners' Track campus has an unlimited capacity in all areas.

| Q - Is the Learners' Track campus available in languages other than English? |
A - Learners' Track cannot convert your courseware and campus content to other languages; however it does support localization and has the capacity to offer navigation in other languages other than English. It would be up to your courseware developers and content managers to provide material in other languages.

| Q - What feedback is provided to the learners? |
A - After completing any form of assessment, the learner is immediately shown a summary screen which provides feedback for the answer that they chose as well as a helpful link back to the topic that relates to the correct answer to the question. Learners⢠Track Knowledge Cafe offers a learner a number of tools to make the learning experience meaningful and memorable. Through Learner Services, a learner can review that summary screen again as well as get a copy of their transcript for courses taken.

A - Features within your campus can be turned on and off like a light switch so that you get only features you need.

| Q - How is a learner's progress and status monitored? |
A - An instructor or administrator needs only to log into their sections to have access to a rich library of reports. Reports can be printed to the screen, hard copied or placed into popular formats which will interface with most spreadsheets as well as other database systems. Reports can be generated for a specific learner, a group of learners or for all learners on the basis of courses taken. The flexibility will astound you!
